Usage:
Water consumption is constantly increasing in both utility and in the industrial sector. Especially for longer periods of rain, when the water flow is strongly increased, and purifiers are not able to effectively purify water. Therefore, critical flows (high water) are diverted past purifier by vents because diverted water is already relatively clean. Excess water must be redirected past the oil collector while draining the rainwater from the highways.
