Industrial waters are generated in factories and industrial plants after use of water in the production process, as well as in the process of washing tools, machines, devices, etc.

Today there are a large number of industrial polluted waters which depend on the production technology.

For chemical and metal production, pollutions are of mineral origin, while the textile, leather, and food industry produce pollutions which are mostly organic

Industrial wastewaters must be taken care of with greater caution than standard sanitary sewage where their quality is mostly known, while the industrial waters, as we have already said, have quality which depends on the production technology.
