Waste water from the houses located at the greater height is drained due to gravity. Waste water from the houses located at the lower heights needs to be pumped out. Residential pumping station from the company Regeneracija consist of shaft, submersible centrifugal pump, level switches, check valve, stop valve, inlet for pressure pipe and cap.

Operation:
Waste waters from households are flowing to the shaft. When the waste water in the shaft reaches a certain amount, centrifugal pump pumps it out into the sewer system. In addition to level switch, pump can be turned on by level switch, which indicates an increased level of wastewater. Special chipper rotor of the pump prevents clogging of the pump and pressure pipe.
In case of failure, it is necessary to shut down check valve mounted on the pressure line and pull out the pump. Installation and dismantling of the pump is very simple and fast. If it is a very short pressure pipe, return valve and stop valve are not required.
Installation:
Residential pumping stations can be installed on transit or non-transit area with axial load of up to 125 KN. The shaft is placed in the construction pit with sand foundation. At the top of the supply a hole is made and connected to the prefabricated pipe connection.
Then the sewage and pressure pipe under the pressure are connected with the shaft. Filling the shaft is described in the section “Instructions for transport and installation.”
